Eligibility:

    1.1. The competition is open to registered businesses or legal entities operating in South Africa. If the business or legal entity operates outside of Gauteng, courier charges may apply.

    1.2. Employees, and immediate family members of AlienNation Creative Agency employees are not eligible to participate.

    Entry:

    2.1. The competition will run for a period of one week, starting from 15 June 2023 and ending on 26 June 2023.

    2.2. To enter the competition, businesses must follow our Facebook page and like and share the competition post.

    2.4. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

    Winner Selection:

    3.1. The winner will be selected based on a random selection.

    3.2. The selection process will take place within 2 business days after the competition ends.

    3.3. The winner will be notified by Facebook within 5 business days of the selection. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 business days after being notified, another winner may be selected.

    Prize:

    4.1. The prize is a promotional marketing counter with a branded PVC wrap with Velcro and a branded header. The counter comes with a carry bag.

50 x Stickers to a maximum size of 90mm (One artwork).

    4.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative product.

    4.3. AlienNation Creative Agency reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

    Publicity:

    5.1. By participating in the competition, the winner agrees to AlienNation Creative Agency’s use of their business name, logo, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

    Data Protection:

    6.1. Business information provided by participants will be used in accordance with AlienNation Creative Agency’s privacy policy.

    6.2. By entering the competition, businesses consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their business data by AlienNation Creative Agency.

    General Conditions:

    7.1. AlienNation Creative Agency reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.

    7.2. AlienNation Creative Agency’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.

    7.3. Businesses agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the competition.

    7.4. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third party.
